Guests will not be permitted on-premises if they have flu-like symptoms or have been in contact with anyone with flu-like symptoms.

All guests must adhere to the 6’ social distancing guideline issued by the CDC while on the property.

- I acknowledge that Butler’s Orchard is conducting all activities in good faith and may find it necessary to terminate my participation if it determined that I am incapable of safely meeting the rigors of the activity. I accept Butler’s Orchard’s right to take such actions for the safety of myself and other participants.
